2.1 Ball valve characteristics
2.1.1 The fluid resistance is small.
2.1.2 Structure is simple, with small volume and light weight.
2.1.3 Reliable, good sealing
2.1.4 Easy to operate, quick open and close.
2.1.5 Easy maintenance, convenient to replace the ball or sealing ring.
2.1.6 In the fully open or close, the all sealing will not be corroded by the medium.
2.1.7 Wide application, from small to several millimeters, from high vacuum to high pressure.
2.2 Triple offset butterfly valve characteristics:
2.2.1 Elastic property of composite metal sealing ring performs zero leakage.
2.2.2 Torque sealing ensures the valve persistently bi-direction zero leakage.
2.2.3 Triple offset principle makes the design of 90 angle rotation with no friction, eliminating the friction between the seat and sealing ring.
2.2.4 One-piece Stellite hard seat can adopt to many working situations, long service life and easy maintenance.
2.2.5 One-piece body , with face to face dimensions conforming to ISO5752, ASME B16.10 and API609, can replace to high performance butterfly valves or Other types of valves, easy and flexible installed.
2.2.6 Fireproof in favor of metal seat and zero leakage.
2.2.7 Safe and reliable of anti-blowout stem.
2.2.8 The disc position is indicated by the indicator on the stem and the flange on the top.
2.2.9 The stem is one-piece shaft, with the stem and disc connected by pin-key combination.
